The Web isn’t going anywhere, and I assume video compression will just get better and better, which leads me to believe that sites with video will blow away sites without. There will probably always be a place for stills, but wouldn’t it be way more cool to watch this thing being ensnared, spun up in silk and sucked dry by that behemoth of a spider?

I was recently commissioned to produce some photographs for a company opening a new office here. Something to hang on their wall. Different things. Nature, things to do…the things that make Austin Austin. What stumped me was when they said, “We want some Austin architecture.”
Probably the biggest photographic challenge I’ve faced.
